Welcome to the Hawaii Island Contractors Association Safety Tab. The HICA has a safety program that offers training at discounted rates for all members. The program is managed by a committee of 5 people, and together in conjunction with the JMDecker group offer certification/Training classes as listed below. All classes will need to be scheduled via the JMDecker group website or by contacting the HICA office at (808) 935-1316. If there are any specific training you need that is not listed, please inquire.
